Our CC&R's say this is a residential neighborhood. STR's are nothing more than a Motel.
We, the Community members of Surf Pines, are organizing our resources to enforce our CC&R's.
We refuse to accept the downgrading STR's bring to our community
They are not neighbors. They are not visitors. They are CUSTOMERS.

We had to put up a fence because they were parking their entire car in our yard We have posted no trespassing signs.
